Dispersion hits Obstruction — something won't melt despite sustained warmth. A wall, a deeply held belief, a relationship pattern hardened by decades of reinforcement — it resists all the heat you can apply. Accept the limit without abandoning fluidity or concluding that the warmth was wasted. The water that can't melt this particular ice formation flows around it and continues its work elsewhere. The obstruction defines the channel but doesn't block the entire flow. Some ice is for later melting, when conditions are different; some ice may be for never melting, serving purposes you don't fully understand.
