My Chart
My Chart is your complete birth chart in both traditions on one page: your BaZi Four Pillars — Day Master, element balance, and ten-year luck cycles — beside your Western sun, moon, rising, and planet positions. Everything is computed from your birth date, time, and place, with true solar time correction, and stored on your own device.
What the Eastern side shows
BaZi reads your birth year, month, day, and hour as four pillars — eight characters that map onto the five elements. At the center sits your Day Master, the chart’s answer to “what’s your sign?” The element balance shows which of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water you run hot or cold on, and the luck pillars lay out your ten-year cycles — the timing layer practitioners read first. More on that in luck pillars, explained.
Fair questions
What if I don’t know my birth time?
Three of the four pillars still compute, and the Western side casts planet positions for noon on your birthday — only the rising sign stays a mystery. Here’s what changes without a birth time.
Where does my birth data go?
Nowhere. The chart math runs in your browser and your profile lives on your device — there’s nothing on our servers to breach.
Why both systems on one page?
Same birth moment, two resolutions. The Western tab tracks planets; the Eastern tab tracks time itself as elemental cycles. Reading both is the point of Both Sides.
New to the Four Pillars?
If the table of stems and branches looks like a spreadsheet from another civilization — it is, and it decodes faster than you’d think. Cast a chart with the free BaZi calculator, or read the plain-English walkthrough of a Four Pillars chart.
